[:es]Nuestro programa de alfabetización, llamado «Ministerio Esdras», comenzó en 2018 con alrededor de 10 estudiantes. En asociación con el Departamento de Educación, a los estudiantes se les ofrece la oportunidad de aprender a leer y escribir, e incluso a graduarse con un diploma de sus respectivos grados. El objetivo de este ministerio es abrir la puerta de oportunidad a los miembros de la comunidad, independientemente de su edad. Muchos, debido a los obstáculos en la vida, abandonaron la escuela a una edad temprana y nunca aprendieron a leer ni a escribir, lo que limitó las oportunidades de trabajo y causó diﬁcultades al ayudar a sus hijos con las tareas. A través del «Ministerio Esdras», Dios les está dando la oportunidad de hacer realidad sus sueños y aprender esta habilidad vital.[:en]Our literacy program, called “Ezra Ministry” began in 2018 with around 10 students. In partnership with the Department of Education, students are oﬀered the chance to learn to read and write and even graduate with a diploma from their respective grades. The aim of this ministry is to open the door of opportunity to members of the community, regardless of their age. Many, due to obstacles in life, dropped out of school at a young age and never learned to read or write, thus limiting job opportunities and causing diﬃculty when helping their children with homework. Through “Ezra Ministry” God is providing them a chance to make their dreams a reality and learn this necessary life skill. [:]
